What's shakin'?
I was wondering....what do you think is the greatest classic rock album of all time?
Wow...that's a tough one!
"Who's Next"?....Beatles "White Album"?...maybe "Sgt. Pepper's"? Jimi's "Are You Experienced?"....Allman Brothers "Live at the Fillmore East"?...Aerosmith's "Toys in the Attic"?...Stones "Sticky Fingers"? Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon"? AC/DC's "Back in Black"?
I've had this discussion with my husband and friends....and I'd like to see what you think! Maybe to make it easier...you can do it by decade...or say 1970-1975....1976-'80, etc.
I look forward to reading your answers!
Thanks for rockin' with Q-94!!!

Hey Rose,
In response to your query, I would probably have to say any Rolling Stones Album from 1975-1980. I know it might not help much, but its a shot!!!

Yeah Justin...I'd have to agree with you there! The Stones were definitely on fire..with hit after hit after hit! I think we've just scratched the surface here. By the way...what are your top 10 artists? Wow...that's not fair....I probably should give you mine. 1. The Who 2. Hendrix 3. Aerosmith 4. AC/DC 5. Queen 6. Van Halen 7. Rush 8. Styx 9. Zep 10. Steely Dan Man...that's tougher than I thought! I love all kinds of music! Rock, Blues, Jazz, Fusion, Funk. The one genre I can't get into is Country. It's so depressing! Play that stuff backwards...and everything will be fine! Your truck will start, your dog lives forever, wife and kids respect you...etc. I should also mention Boston, Cheap Trick, Foreigner, ZZ Top, Skynyrd, Seger, Stones, Allman Brothers, ELO, early Jethro Tull, Beatles, The Police, Def Lep, Poison, Bryan Adams, J.Geils, Ozzy, Yes, Genesis, Stevie Ray, Doors...and the list goes on and on! Who's on your top 10 list? It would be cool to see what you like! Keep rockin'! Rose

Hey Regis I'd say any BLACK SABBATH with OZZY on it has to be up there on the list. Those songs still are played and loved after 35+ years. Besides that they are all still living!!!

Regis? What's up with that? I agree! Sabb still rocks after 35+ years!! That was a hard list to come up with....and probably will be changed on a daily or weekly basis! SOOO MUCH GOOD MUSIC!!!! And Ozzy...are you sure he's still alive? Or is he just breathing? You seem to have inside poop....will he put out his zillionth "cover" album this year? Or will he put out some new stuff? Toodles for now Dickeydo! Rose

Hey Justin!
Glad to hear you're feeling better! Those springtime colds are a complete bummer! Sometimes it seems they hang on for weeks! Hopefully not yours!
That's a great list of artists! Thanks for sharing! It's definitely tougher than asking your favorite cookie or ice cream flavor!
Keep rockin' and I'll keep rollin'!
Gotta run!
