The former lead singer of Kitty Whip has hooked up with some former members of State College’s Plush to form a new band. Crystal “Chryssie” Mullins has joined former Plush guitarist Luis “Moltox,” bassist Chris “C-Dub” Walter and drummer Travis Kramer to form the band Pushing Red. Floored X has subsequently changed their name back to Fayted.
Bassist “Big Jim” Ricotta has again parted ways with local classic rockers The Red Arrow. Jim has since been working select shows with State College blues-rock outfit Bluesmoon, and filling in on bass with Felix & the Hurricanes on select Sunday nights at Shaw’s in Juniata.
